Bluestar Holdings LLC | BSH-Trinity Falls, LLC

Bluestar Holdings LLC, through BSH-Trinity Falls, LLC, has invested in The Shops at Trinity Falls, a Class A, 20,000 SF multi-tenant retail center with a 1.96-acre pad site, located at the NW corner of Trinity Falls Parkway & Olympic Crossing in the rapidly growing Trinity Falls master-planned community.

Designed for restaurants, service tenants, and neighborhood retail, the center benefits from strong built-in demand and limited competition nearby. Developed by Hunington Properties with Bluestar Holdings as Independent Sponsor, the project’s equity closed in September 2024, with a targeted exit in Q4 2026.

Jordan Ranch | Fulshear, Texas – March 2024

Bluestar Holdings LLC, through BSH–Jordan Ranch III, LLC, has invested in The Shops at Jordan Crossing, a 30,593 SF Class A, multi-tenant neighborhood retail center located at the northeast corner of Texas Heritage Parkway & Jordan Crossing Boulevard within the Jordan Ranch master-planned community.

The project includes an adjacent single-tenant pad site, sold to AutoZone, enhancing the center’s credit profile and long-term stability. Developed by Hunington Properties with Bluestar Holdings as Independent Sponsor, the equity closed in March 2024. Construction is complete, and tenants are now operating under stabilized conditions, transitioning the investment from development to operations.

The center benefits from strong demographics, high traffic visibility, and built-in demand generated by the surrounding residential growth. The investment is structured as a short- to mid-term hold, with a targeted exit in Q2 2026, consistent with Bluestar Holdings’ strategy of partnering with best-in-class developers to invest in high-quality retail assets in established and growing master-planned communities.

Bluestar Holdings LLC, through BSH–Crosstown, LLC, has invested in The Shops at Crosstown, a Class A, 36,498 SF multi-tenant retail center located at the northwest corner of Crosstown Parkway & SW Verano Parkway within the Tradition master-planned community, one of Port St. Lucie’s fastest-growing corridors.

The development will include two retail buildings and two pad sites totaling approximately 1.49 acres, designed to serve the daily needs of the surrounding residential population, supported by strong traffic counts and favorable demographics. Developed by Hunington Properties with Bluestar Holdings as Independent Sponsor, equity closed in January 2026, with construction beginning in March 2026 and a targeted exit in Q1 2028.

Bluestar Holdings LLC | BSH-Prestwick Hollow, LLC

Bluestar Holdings LLC, through BSH-Prestwick Hollow, LLC, has invested in The Shops at Prestwick Hollow, a Class A, multi-tenant retail center located at the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 380 and Coit Road within the Prestwick Hollow master-planned community.

The center will consist of three multi-tenant buildings totaling approximately 49,185 SF, anchored by a future H-E-B grocery store, which drives traffic, supports leasing, and enhances long-term value. Developed by Hunington Properties with Bluestar Holdings as Independent Sponsor, equity closed in August 2024, with a targeted exit in Q4 2026.

Integrity Elevator provides elevator repair, maintenance, modernization, and new installations.  Based out of Texas, with service areas that extend to Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas and

Mississippi.  Bluestar Holdings co-invested alongside the lead sponsor.
