Bluestar Holdings LLC, through BSH–Jordan Ranch III, LLC, has invested in The Shops at Jordan Crossing, a 30,593 SF Class A, multi-tenant neighborhood retail center located at the northeast corner of Texas Heritage Parkway & Jordan Crossing Boulevard within the Jordan Ranch master-planned community.

The project includes an adjacent single-tenant pad site, sold to AutoZone, enhancing the center’s credit profile and long-term stability. Developed by Hunington Properties with Bluestar Holdings as Independent Sponsor, the equity closed in March 2024. Construction is complete, and tenants are now operating under stabilized conditions, transitioning the investment from development to operations.

The center benefits from strong demographics, high traffic visibility, and built-in demand generated by the surrounding residential growth. The investment is structured as a short- to mid-term hold, with a targeted exit in Q2 2026, consistent with Bluestar Holdings’ strategy of partnering with best-in-class developers to invest in high-quality retail assets in established and growing master-planned communities.
